Wall Mural Sculpting Presentation on 4th July at the Door County Outpost Gallery and Café
An outdoor sculpting presentation will be held at the Outpost from 10am to 4pm on Saturday 4th July, featuring talented artist Randy Detjen. This form of sculpture is proving to be a big hit with visitors to the Outpost, there are several permanent wall exhibits to view year-round, and the Outpost is delighted to have Mr. Detjen available to demonstrate his skills to the public. Petro-Glyph Exhibit enters its final week at the Door County Outpost Gallery and Café.
Geri Schrab is a talented watercolor artist working from her studio base in Madison WI. Her passion is for exploring cave excavations around the world, sketching the centuries old wall art and reproducing her sketches in the form of beautiful watercolor paintings and prints. The exhibition runs through to June 25th and is located within the Door County Outpost Gallery on the lower level.

Music Program for 2009 - We've now finalized our 'Art of Music' Summer concert series for 2009, with the last minute addition of popular band "Switchback" to our schedule of music. Some old favorites and some new artists will be coming to Door County Wisconsin and taking the stage for some great live music concerts at the Outpost. Call us and ask about our season membership programs. We've also added live Jazz to our concert series.
